生物學原理：
加入少量蒸餾水於研砵，並將玫瑰花壓爛搾汁。然後，將醋、水和碳酸氫鈉分
別加入玫瑰花汁內，結果變成𣎴同的顏色。原因是玫瑰花汁內含有一種有機
酸，在不同pH值底下會變成𣎴同的顏色。
Biological principle：
Small amount of distilled water was added into a mortar and the petals of rose
was grinded. Subsequently, vinegar, water and sodium hydrogen carbonate was
added respectively into the extract (rose juice). Different colour was observed.
It was because the extract contained a weak organic acid which turned into
different colour in different pH.
