On Sep. 12, a Iftra Gathering was held at school for parents and students. Muslims representatives of different organisations were also invited. About 300 attended the function. The occasion was honoured with the presence of Mr. Bader Al-Tunaib,Consul General of Kuwait; Dr. Md. Amir Hossain, Consul General of Bangladesh; Mr. Fahad Beshri, Vice Consul General of Saudi Arabia; Sr. Jamaaiah Che Ross, Vice Consul General of Malaysia Sr.Sharifah Sheefa, Secretary to Consul General of Malaysia; Mr. E. K. Wright,, Chaiwan District Commander of Hong Kong Police Force Vice-Chairman of Chinese Muslim Cultural & Fraternal Asso.  Mr. Sat Chi-sang, and Mr. Cheung Tai-yan, Imam Noorudin Yang, representatives of various friendly schools and organizations.
